Identity Management Consultant
A C/D/H consultant must be very skilled and considered a subject matter expert. An Identity Technologies Consultant must have a firm grasp of how identity projects are approached, planned, and executed.
You must have and maintain technical expertise in one or more of the following primary areas with skills in the secondary area being beneficial:
Primary
- Identity Management – Novell IDM specialist, Microsoft FIM specialist, Courion, Others.
- Single Sign On – Novell, ActivIdenitity, Passlogix, Imprivata, etc.
Secondary
- Security – CISSP, GIAC-SANS, CCSP
- Linux infrastructure – CLP, CLE, RHCE
- Microsoft infrastructure – MCTS or above
- Novell infrastructure – MCNE or above
- Project Management

Infrastructure Technology Consultant
A C/D/H consultant must also be very skilled and considered a subject matter expert.

- Advanced Microsoft infrastructure – MCTS or above
- Advanced Novell infrastructure – MCNE or above
- Advanced Cisco infrastructure – CCNP or above
- VMware – VCP or above
- Citrix – CCEA or above
- Collaboration – MOSS 2010 designer, architect, developer, Exchange, GroupWise
- Identity Management – Novell IDM specialist, Microsoft FIM specialist
- Project Management – PMP
- Security – CISSP, GIAC-SANS, CCSP
