Design and implement a portal solution so that staff members can access the organizations’ documents and other resources.
Solution
Our consultants gathered the requirements and designed an architecture based on SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Windows SharePoint Services. This design allows for collaboration between departments, ad-hoc working groups, and schools in a secure environment. C/D/H initially deployed this solution in a pilot, and once tested and approved transitioned the architecture to a production environment. Using SharePoint technology, our client was able to give their staff access to up-to-date corporate documentation and improve their efficiency through the use of online collaboration.
