Design a major upgrade for New York City’s Montefiore Hospital that involved inventories, policies, and applications.
Solution
A C/D/H consultant functioned as the project technical lead for a client upgrade from ZENworks 2.x to 4.x for Desktops. We worked to improve the proposed design and educate on new features that were available. We worked to implement a phased approach to reflect current needs, future needs and available resources.
