Improve the Exchange 2000 cluster and the Windows 2000 Active Directory which was causing outages and downtime.
Solution
Our engineers and solutions architects designed a new Exchange 2003 Active/Passive cluster using an EMC SAN for shared storage. The new design included a front-end server to enable scalability and the most secure mobile solution possible. Issues with Active Directory were addressed by implementing a new infrastructure of Windows 2003 domain controllers.
