C/D/H Purchases Plante & Moran Web Development/SharePoint Team

Royal Oak, MI – C/D/H is sigificantly expanding its southeast Michigan operations with the purchase of the Plante & Moran Web Development/SharePoint team based in Southfield, MI. This purchase, coupled with C/D/H’s existing Microsoft SharePoint consultants, makes the C/D/H SharePoint consulting group the largest of its kind in Michigan.

“Not only are we gaining talented, experienced people who have been doing great work at Plante for many years, we are increasing our consulting staff by 35 percent and adding its loyal consulting clients to C/D/H’s book of business,” said Paul Hillman, partner at C/D/H.

The Plante & Moran team completed transition to C/D/H Royal Oak offices on July 15. John Bissa, former partner with Plante & Moran, has become practice director for C/D/H southeast Michigan, responsible for operations at the Royal Oak office with business development and managerial duties. This acquisition represents strong, positive growth for C/D/H in southeast Michigan.
