C/D/H Wins Two Microsoft Heartland Area Partner Awards

Royal Oak, MI—C/D/H, a leading Michigan information technology consulting firm, has earned Microsoft’s Heartland Area Partner Customer Experience and Marketing Excellence Awards. This is the third time C/D/H has earned the prestigious award in marketing, and the first time for customer relations, bringing the firm’s overall total to five honors from Microsoft.

The Marketing Excellence award is given to companies that exhibit excellence in developing and improving business processes, and then conveying their knowledge to others. It also recognizes Microsoft partners that utilize Microsoft technology in finding solutions for their customers’ business problems.

The Customer Experience award is presented to partners that consistently provide exceptional customer satisfaction or an exceptional engagement framework through outreach and participation across a range of activities.
