John Bissa, Five Others Join C/D/H in Plante & Moran Web Development/SharePoint Team Acquisition

Royal Oak, MI—John Bissa and five other consultants have joined C/D/H as a result of the organization’s purchase of the Plante & Moran Web Development/SharePoint team, previously based in Southfield, MI. This represents an overall 35 percent growth in C/D/H’s Michigan consulting staff and significantly expands the company’s Royal Oak office.

The Plante & Moran team completed transition to C/D/H Royal Oak offices on July 15. John Bissa, former partner with Plante & Moran, has become a member of the C/D/H leadership team as practice director for C/D/H southeast Michigan. Bissa is now responsible for operations at the Royal Oak office with business development and managerial duties.

John Bissa has over 13 years’ experience in information technology planning and project management. He has tracked and analyzed trends that influence the Internet for the past 10 years, in particular those relating to SharePoint implementations, portals and content management. He has been a frequent presenter on both topics. Bissa graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering/Political Science. He earned a Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., an MA in National Security and Strategic Planning from the U.S. Naval War College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Julie Boudro brings to C/D/H more than eight years of experience in developing and implementing programs related to Intranet and extranet websites, serving as SharePoint lead on projects. Boudro holds an Associate’s degree in Marketing. She is a Microsoft Certificate Technical Specialist in SharePoint and Windows SharePoint Services and a Microsoft Certified Trainer for both.

Jeff Kinnelly brings his skills as a user experience/user interface specialist to C/D/H, with specific focus on usability and accessibility for clients. His work includes rich media experiences such as Flash, Silverlight and client-side browser technologies. Kinnelly earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts/Communication Design from Eastern Michigan University. He is a member of the American Center for Design, IXDA (Interaction Design Association) and several social media marketing groups.

Dan Kohls has over 20 years of experience in software development including web and client/server application development, and is proficient in a variety of technologies and tools. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for ASP.NET and Technology Specialist for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Application Development. Kohls earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Aided Technology from Eastern Michigan University.

Amy Moore has over 10 years of web application design and development experience. She also specializes in systems integration with ERP, CRM, HRIS and other business-critical systems. Moore holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from Lawrence Technological University. She is a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, Systems Engineer and SharePoint Technology Specialist.

Mark Sassin brings to C/D/H more than 10 years of development experience, working on many web development and integration projects, including highly-customized SharePoint projects. He is proficient in many development tools and has experience with Perl, PHP, Java, Oracle and MySQL. Sassin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kettering University.
